Snapdragons Nursery Keynsham is a lovely environment for my son, and I feel happy knowing he is in a safe, friendly and familiar environment. Whenever I have concerns about the development stages my son is undergoing, the staff always take time to discuss and reassure me. They understand that every child is different and adapt their methods to ensure every child’s needs are met, which I find very reassuring.
Everyone on the team is always so friendly and welcoming, and I feel happy to be leaving my child in their care.

My one-year-old joined in January, and the growth of his confidence, independence and knowledge in four months is outstanding! From fitting pieces into puzzles to giving me high fives when I leave is all down to Snapdragons and his key worker! I can’t thank them enough, and I would recommend Snapdragons to everyone!

My daughter attended Snapdragons for a year from 13 months old. We couldn’t be happier with the care and general feel of the nursery. The staff are friendly from day one and know the children in their care. My child walked in happily every day and spoke about her key workers when not at nursery. The activities they provide are varied and encourage growth in all areas. The food provided is all fresh and cooked on-site. A particular favourite was sardine and tomato pasta! My child is a happy, confident little girl and this is due, in no small part, to Snapdragons.
I can’t recommend them enough, and we were very sad to leave due to a change in circumstances.

The baby staff are all just fantastic! So lovely. They always give great handovers, they talk about my son like he is one of their own, like they genuinely care! I guess what I am trying to say is it’s more than a job to them, they treat the children like their own. It’s a big thing handing over your child to others but I have no worries here!

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and all the team for the care and attention you have given him during his time with you. It is clear how happy he is when at nursery and how much he looks forward to going - he can never wait to get through that door in the morning and I am lucky to get a backwards hand wave as he strolls on in. My son has been going to Snapdragons Nursery Weston since he was 4 months old, now in his last year of preschool, he has experienced every class and developed a fantastic bond with all the lovely staff at Weston. It is a nurturing, warm and friendly nursery, which provides a variety of healthy meals, activities and focus on development. The outdoor space is a real bonus. They have adapted well to Covid procedures and communicate regularly via email with updates on their processes and what's coming up. If there are any issues, they are quick to answer the phone or schedule a meeting to answer your concerns.

Our experience with the nursery has been excellent. As first-time parents, we have been reassured by how informative the team are, how attentive they are to our daughter and how flexible and pragmatic they are. Our daughter loves it here. They offer a variety of activities, which has had a very positive impact on her development. She is provided with a very healthy and varied diet and somehow manages to sleep much better here than she does at home. We are extremely happy with our experience at Snapdragons.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 11-months-old. My experience with all of the staff in person and by email has been fantastic. The key workers in 'Babies' are skilled, kind and fill me with confidence that my child is being well taken care of. I can tell they genuinely care and adore the babies in their care. I am kept up to date weekly with pictures and comments through the app, and time is taken each day at pick up and drop off to check-in and fully inform me of how my child has been. She has so much fun, and her confidence has grown. I cannot imagine sending my daughter anywhere else. Highly recommend this nursery to everyone.

My husband and I would like to thank you all for everything you have done for our children through every stage you have had them. From babies to preschool, We couldn’t have done it without you!!

You have made their time with you fun and enjoyable and I’m sure they wouldn’t be the crazy, fun children they are without all of your input. They have loved getting messy in mud kitchens, painting outside and definitely dancing and singing. I even want to thank your chefs who have tempted them to eat food they would never have tried at home and even catering for Effie when she couldn’t eat things. She never felt different as you always tried to give her the same.

It has always been a pleasure dropping off and picking up and finding out about all the things they have done. Your staff are fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help us bring our children up. You are now and always will be our children’s extended family! Fantastic nursery. Can’t recommend Snapdragons Nursery Shirehampton enough. My daughter started with them at ten months old and settled in very quickly. She absolutely loves attending and can’t wait to get through the door each morning. I have been pleased with her progress and development. All the staff take a genuine interest in the children, get to know their personality and quirks. The staff are helpful and friendly to parents, give a good insight into how the day has been at pick up. The food is excellent, good variety and quality all cooked fresh, children are encouraged to self serve and develop good eating habits. The app is updated regularly with pictures and learning points, which is lovely to see and is another way parents are kept up to date on children’s days and development.

We have found Snapdragons to be both a professional and friendly nursery. The staff work brilliantly with the children and our son has always enjoyed his days there. They are more than happy to adapt to each childs needs and really show an interest in the welfare of the children.

I have 2 children at Snapdragons and they are both really happy there to the point where the eldest is sometimes disappointed when she can't go at the weekends. The staff are all lovely without exception. The gardener/handyman always says hi and it just has a friendly vibe. The facilities are great with plenty to do. Also during the last 12 months, the nursery has been great with Covid - good communication throughout.

The management have done well to communicate clearly, consistently and in depth to ensure that we understand proactive plans as well as Covid related reactive plans. We love Snapdragons. Both my 3-year-old and 1-year-old have attended and are very happy here. The staff are both caring, professional and throughout the Covid period they have kept us all informed about cases in the nursery and procedural detail. The nursery environment is both calm and stimulating for the kids, the staff help to give structure the children's minds and expand their imaginations. One-on-one communication has been accessible during the pandemic, but it is clear that we are free to ask questions or follow up with staff via email if there is not adequate time during handover. The nursery has been absolutely essential during this difficult time, especially for building their social skills and confidence.

A fantastic nursery, full of opportunities and fun with learning at the centre. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting. I am sure this is down to the care and attention to detail from the Snapdragons baby pod team. The care from the staff is exceptional, and our daughter loves her key workers; it is wonderful to know she is happy and comfortable from the moment we drop her off to collecting her. Their management throughout the pandemic and ‘bubble’ system has been outstanding, not once have we worried or felt un-safe sending out daughter to nursery.

Snapdragons Nursery Atworth is the most wonderful nursery. The care our girls receive is second to none. The activities are varied, the food is excellent, and the staff are fantastic. We wouldn't have our girls anywhere else.

Since signing our daughter up to Snapdragons she has absolutely thrived. She is so excited when we tell her it’s a nursery day and grabs her shoes ready to go. The staff are fantastic very approachable and knowledgeable and just amazing with the children. She cannot wait to get into nursery and give the staff hugs. Their App is a really great way to keep you informed of your child’s daily activities and the nursery book always comes home with lots of information about what they’ve been up to throughout the day. Your child’s development is monitored and marked for your information which we find incredibly useful. It feels like so much more than an normal nursery and we feel very lucky to have our daughter at Snapdragons Cribbs Causeway.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say what an amazing nursery Shirehampton is. My son was with you up until lock down last year and since then he’s been in two other nurseries and his little sister in a different one and they are not even comparable in the activities, care, administration, inclusivity and enjoyment. I always knew he was in a good safe place but hadn’t fully appreciated how wonderful it was. So thank you! We will be returning to Bristol once lockdowns are full over so hopefully there will be a space for both of them.

I wanted to extend my warm thanks and admiration for how Snapdragons as a company, and Snapdragons Corsham handled, and continue to handle, the COVID situation. I was very grateful at the decision not to charge parents whilst the nursery was closed, and I fully appreciate that this was not what most nurseries were doing, so thank you for putting your families first and finding a way to manage it without having to financially lean on your families. I am also very impressed by the communications sent from nursery during that period, and now, and I felt/feel fully informed and up to date with all decisions that were being made at the top.
